We request a commercial offer with the scope of work as per the attachment.

Bids can be submitted electronically until 30.11.2011

The price offer should be valid until a minimum of 31.01.2012.

The offer should be submitted in Polish, include the proposed payment terms.

It is possible to submit partial bids specifying the scope of work.

The bid should be submitted on the basis of Polish law.

Bid selection will be based on the cost of performance and comprehensiveness of the work:

1. cost of performance - 70 pts
2 Comprehensiveness of execution - 30 pts
Works related to the construction of a power line supplying HM4 hall with STR switchgear max 20pct.
Works related to the modernization of switchgear , preparing the STR substation for power line connection. max 10pts.

Selection of the offer will take place on 10.01.2012
