Construction of the water treatment network with the necessary adaptation of the HM4 hall

A. You are invited to submit a bid for the execution of the work for the implementation of the above-mentioned project, in accordance with the scope listed below:

1. excavation with sand bedding - 20 cm, purchase, delivery and installation in a trench ~ 3.5 m below the ground surface:
a) a covered concrete tank with a capacity of min.24 m3, max height 3.2 m with two chimneys Ø 600 height 700 mm and a hole for a pipe Ø 160 mm (PVC)
b) an open concrete tank with a capacity of min. 1.8 m3, max. height 2 m, max. width 1.2 m

NOTE: the foundation of the tank must be carried out using a crane with an overhang of 20m (the weight of the elements according to the tank supplier) or in stages with the movement of the crane and the elements.
Due to the small space and access only from one side, it is optimal to use a crane that will carry an element with a weight (according to the supplier) at a distance of 20 mb from the crane's axis of rotation.

2. to make an installation connecting the sewer from the hall (dimension Ø 160) to the tank pos b, then tank b with tank a.

3. making and installing a screen to catch screenings from wastewater flowing from the production hall through a pipeline Ø 160 mm.

4. fabricate and install a lightweight, hinged cover on the pos. b tank.

5. construction of a hardened floor with an area of 3 x 5 m with a drain grate connected to a Ø160 mm pipeline (drainage of water from dripping screenings).

6. construction of wastewater aeration system in the tank (a)
- air supply pipeline from existing blowers ~Ø 63 - length 2 x 7 mb
- air distribution system in the tanks
a) 4 x 2 mb Ø 40 (1.5″) pipeline + 8 aeration nozzles
(b) 4 x 2 mb Ø 40 pipeline with Ø 8 mm holes (4 x 10 in.)

7. making and installing a venting system for the tank (a) in the form of canopies
Over two Ø 600 chimneys.

It is possible to conduct a site visit to the Plant and to inspect the existing technical documentation of the HM4 hall.

B. The bid should include:

1 Price in PLN.
2 Terms and form of payment.
3. bid validity period 30 days.
4. all details of the company - full address, telephone number, tax ID.
5 The bid must be signed by an authorized person (full name, job title, stamp).

C. Conditions to be fulfilled by the Bidder:

1. is authorized to act in legal transactions in the Republic of Poland.
2. has the necessary licenses to perform the work and activities that are the subject of the contract.
3. has the necessary knowledge and experience.
4. is in an economic and financial position to perform the contract.
5. no bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated against the Bidder or for which no bankruptcy has been declared.

D. The bid must be submitted by 26.07.2013 at 14:00 in the form:
(deadline for submission of bids is extended to 20.09.2013)

The purchaser will not be responsible and will not bear any costs caused by
expenses or losses incurred by the Bidder in connection with visits and inspections of the performance site, or any other aspects related to the preparation of the bid.

E. Bid Selection Criteria:

Bid selection will be based on a point system. The maximum number of points to be earned in total is 100 points. Points will be distributed according to the following breakdown:
1 Cost of performance - max 70 points.
2 Comprehensiveness of the execution of the aforementioned works- max 30 points.

The Procuring Entity reserves the right to conduct final negotiations with the selected Bidder.
