Technical requirements:

1. HDPE flake shredding, washing and drying line

• - Capacity 300-400 kg/h dry flakes, moisture content < 2 %
• - impurities < 500 PPM
• - closed water circuit
• - electrically heated washing system
• - removal of labels

2. HDPE flake granulation line

• - capacity 300-400 kg/h
• - double screw extruder with degassing system and dosing of 2 additives (1-3 %)
• - filtration, water head
• - tank ~ 2 m3
• - moisture content of granules < 1 %

3. water treatment station

- The end result - all impurities compressed into cubes.

Total power of the entire installation < 450 kW
All equipment must be placed inside the hall - according to the attached drawing.

The offer should include:

1. wiring from the control cabinet to each device
2. spare parts
3. sharpener (grinder)
4. additional blades (grinder)

Delivery terms: EXW
Number of packages - should be given.
Additional line installation costs.
Place of investment: headquarters of GGP Mikolow

Please be informed that we will use the following evaluation criteria :

The maximum number of points to be scored in total - 100 points.

Points will be distributed w/ the following breakdown:

1. price - max. 40 pts.
2. washing - max. 20 pts.
3. granularity - max. 20 pts.
4. water regeneration - max. 15 pts.
5. other - max. 5 pts.

Deadline for submission of bids: 14.05.2012r.

ATTENTION dated 29.10.2012. - we extend the deadline for submission of tenders to 04.12.2012r.

The bid must contain all the company's data - full address, telephone number, tax ID number.
The bid must be signed by an authorized person (full name, job title, stamp).
The bid must have a stated expiration date.
