A. Description of the subject of the contract:

Subject of the contract:
The subject of the contract is the supply of a new or used hydraulic press

Scope of delivery:
hydraulic press - 1 pc.

Technical specifications:
- min working area 2000x830mm
- nominal pressure of 800 kN (about 70-80 tons)
- machine not older than 10 years
- power supply 3 x 380-400V 50Hz
- warranty service minimum one year
- delivery of spare parts after the warranty period within 24/48h after placing the order

Required work capacity:
- knife feed speed not less than 150 mm/sec.
- opening speed not less than 150 mm/s

Condition for submitting a bid for a used machine: in the 7 years preceding the date of the bidder's sale, the fixed asset has not been co-financed by Community funds or national funds constituting public or de minimis aid. A statement from the seller specifying the seller of the fixed asset, the place and date of its purchase will also be required.

B. The bid should include:

1. price including delivery and installation to Mikolov, 30 Daydziela St.
2 Terms and form of payment.
3 Delivery terms.
4. bid validity period 30 days.
5. all details of the company - full address, phone number, tax ID.

C. Conditions to be fulfilled by the Bidder:

1. is authorized to act in legal transactions in the Republic of Poland.
2. has the necessary licenses to perform the work and activities that are the subject of the contract.
3. has the necessary knowledge and experience.
4. is in an economic and financial position to perform the contract.
5. no bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated against the Bidder or for which no bankruptcy has been declared.

D. The bid must be submitted by 07.02.2017 in the form:

1. electronic (e-mail), at: sekretariat@geoglobe.pl
2. paper to the address: GEO GLOBE POLSKA Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka komandytowa, 30 Dzieńdziela St., 43-190 Mikołów, Poland.

The Procuring Entity shall not be responsible for and shall not bear any costs caused by expenses or losses incurred by the Bidder in connection with visits and inspections of the performance site, or any other aspects related to the preparation of the bid.

E. Bid Selection Criteria:

Only bids that meet 100 % technical parameters will be considered.
Bid selection will be based on a point system. The maximum number of points to be earned in total is 100 points. Points will be distributed according to the following breakdown:

1. price - max 50 points. 
2. availability of the machine (delivery date) - 20 points.
3 Warranty - max 20 points.
4 Form of payment - max 10 points.

Description of the way of awarding points for fulfilling a given criterion for evaluation of the offer:

Description of scoring criterion price:
Net price of the cheapest offer
------------- x 50 = number of points
Net price of the tested offer

It is required to specify the net price and the amount of VAT.

Description of scoring of the availability criterion (machine acceptance date):
- 20 points for availability up to 2 months
- Each additional month of waiting is 10 points less.

Description of scoring criterion warranty:
- 20 points for a warranty of two years or more
- 10 points for one-year warranty
- 0 points for a warranty of less than one year

Description of scoring of the criterion form of payment:
- transfer after receipt of the machine 30 days - 10 points.
- 50% prepayment + 50% transfer after receiving the machine - 5 points.
- prepayment - 0 points.

The Procuring Entity reserves the right to conduct final negotiations with the selected Bidder.
The contracting authority reserves the right to discontinue the proceedings in the event of failure to obtain financing in the form of a loan for technological innovation.

Attached to the inquiry is a model contract, which will be clarified and signed with the selected bidder.
