A. Description of the subject of the contract:

Subject of the contract:
The subject of the contract is the supply of a new or post-presentation measuring arm

Scope of delivery:
6-axis coordinate measuring arm

Technical specifications:
- measuring range - 3 m
- spatial measurement uncertainty according to formula C not more than +/- 0.05 mm
- equipped with a laser head
- Additional electro contact switching probe for low pressure measurements
- software dedicated to quality control ( geometric measurements of length and angle, determination of shape, direction and position tolerance parameters), surface inspection against CAD model ( contact tip or scanning head)
- Base plate for fixing the arm on flat surfaces
- magnetic base for fixing the arm
- Set of 3 bases for transferring the coordinate system ( increasing the measurement range)
- calibration ball for calibration of measuring tips
- Computer configured to work with measuring arm and laser head
- service in Poland
- warranty of at least 12 months
- Included in the price is a minimum 3-day on-site training for 4 people

Condition for submitting a bid for a used machine: in the 7 years preceding the date of the bidder's sale, the fixed asset has not been co-financed by Community funds or national funds constituting public or de minimis aid. A statement from the seller specifying the seller of the fixed asset, the place and date of its purchase will also be required.

B. The bid should include:

1. price including delivery to Mikolov, 30 Dzieńdziela St.
2 Terms and form of payment.
3 Delivery terms.
4. bid validity period 30 days.
5. all details of the company - full address, phone number, tax ID.

C. Conditions to be fulfilled by the Bidder:

1. has the necessary licenses to perform the work and activities that are the subject of the contract.
2. has the necessary knowledge and experience.
3. is in an economic and financial position to perform the contract.
4. no bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated against the Bidder or for which no bankruptcy has been declared.

D. The bid must be submitted by 27.06.2018 in the form:

1. electronic (e-mail), at: sekretariat@geoglobe.pl
2. paper to the address: GEO GLOBE POLSKA Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka komandytowa, 30 Dzieńdziela St., 43-190 Mikołów, Poland.

The Procuring Entity shall not be responsible for and shall not bear any costs caused by expenses or losses incurred by the Bidder in connection with visits and inspections of the performance site, or any other aspects related to the preparation of the bid.

E. Bid Selection Criteria:

Only bids that meet 100 % technical parameters will be considered.
Bid selection will be based on a point system. The maximum number of points to be earned in total is 100 points. Points will be distributed according to the following breakdown:

1. price - max 60 points.
2. service response time - 10 points.
3 Warranty - max 10 points.
4 Availability - max 10 points.
5 Features of the included software - max 10 points.

Description of the way of awarding points for fulfilling a given criterion for evaluation of the offer:

Description of scoring criterion price:

Net price of the cheapest offer
------------- x 60 = number of points
Net price of the tested offer

It is required to specify the net price and the amount of VAT.

Description of scoring criterion service response time:
- 10 points for availability up to 96 hours
- Each additional day of waiting is 0 points.

Description of scoring criterion warranty:
- 10 points for a warranty of two years or more
- 5 points for a warranty of more than one to two years
- 0 points for a warranty of less than one year

Description of scoring of the accessibility criterion:
- 10 points for availability up to 2 months
- Each additional month of waiting is 0 points.

Description of scoring criterion functions of the included software:
- 10pts for the arm with the highest functions
- 0 points for the arm with the lowest functions

The Procuring Entity reserves the right to conduct final negotiations with the selected Bidder.
The contracting authority reserves the right to discontinue the proceedings.

Once the bidding is completed and the supplier is selected, a contract for the sale of the machine will be drawn up and signed.
