A. Description of the subject of the contract:

Subject of the contract:
The subject of the contract is the supply of a new laptop

Technical specifications:
Processor: Intel Core 5
Processor frequency: at least 2 GHz
Operating system: Windows 7 PRO
Screen diagonal: 17 inches
Matrix type: IPS
Matrix resolution: 1920×1080
Memory: 4 GB expandable
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M (in addition)

B. The bid should include:

1. price including delivery to Mikolov, 30 Dzieńdziela St.
2 Terms and form of payment.
3 Delivery terms.
4. bid validity period 30 days.
5. all details of the company - full address, phone number, tax ID.

C. Conditions to be fulfilled by the Bidder:

1. is authorized to act in legal transactions in the Republic of Poland.
2. has the necessary licenses to perform the work and activities that are the subject of the contract.
3. has the necessary knowledge and experience.
4. is in an economic and financial position to perform the contract.
5. no bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated against the Bidder or for which no bankruptcy has been declared.

D. The bid must be submitted by 01.02.2016 at 14:00 in the form:

2. paper to the address: GEO GLOBE POLSKA Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością S.K., 30 Dzieńdziela St., 43-190 Mikołów

The purchaser will not be responsible and will not bear any costs caused by
expenses or losses incurred by the Bidder in connection with visits and inspections of the performance site, or any other aspects related to the preparation of the bid.

E. Bid Selection Criteria:

Only bids that meet 100 % technical parameters will be considered.
Bid selection will be based on a point system. The maximum number of points to be earned in total is 100 points. Points will be distributed according to the following breakdown:
1. price - max 80 points.
2. availability of the device (delivery date) - 20 points.

Description of scoring criterion price:
Net price of the cheapest offer
------------- x 80 = number of points
Net price of the tested offer
It is required to specify the net price and the amount of VAT.
Description of scoring criterion availability (delivery time) of the device - 20 points for availability up to 1 week, each additional week of waiting is 5 points less.

The Procuring Entity reserves the right to conduct final negotiations with the selected Bidder.
The contracting authority reserves the right to discontinue the proceedings in the event of failure to obtain financing in the form of a loan for technological innovation.
