Installation of a regranulate production line with a solar water heating system

A. You are invited to submit a bid for the execution of the work for the implementation of the above-mentioned project, in accordance with the scope listed below:

1. installation of water circulation system
HDPE Ø 75 pipeline - 30 mb + 8 90o elbows + 6 2″ receivers
HDPE Ø 63 pipeline - 30 mb + 8 90o elbows + 2 1.5″ receivers

2. construction of channels for pipeline installation
a) 26 mb width 300 mm depth 300 : 450 mm
b) 7 mb width 500 mm depth 450 : 550 mm
including ≠ 4 mm corrugated sheet metal covering (sketches available for review)

3. construction of stairs (7 x 17 x 28 wide 1000 mm)

4. construction of a balustrade 1000 mm high - length 18 mb

5. construction of 2 sectional gates with dimensions : width 2000 mm, height 2400 mm
(a) aperture enlargement 1600 x 2000
b) forging and processing of the 2nd opening for installation of the gate(wall 55 cm thick)

6. execution of the sewage system
- Ø 110 mm - 20 mb + 4 drain grates
+ 4 inlets Ø 110
+ 4 elbows
- Ø 160 mm - 8 mb + 1 sewer grate
+ 4 inlets Ø 110
+ 1 elbow Ø 160
- Ø 75 mm - 10 mb + 1 sewer grate
+ 2 inlets Ø 75

7 Install a heat pump and purchase and install a solar water heating system and an air recuperation system:
a) construction of a platform 4 m x 0.9 m x 1.2 m
(b) stainless steel tank design ≠ 2 mm
length about 4000 mm, width 650 mm, height 920 mm
with two Ø 2″ stubs and a baffle in the middle (according to the sketch)
c) supply of circulating pump - DH - 8 m
V= 8 : 14 m3/h with adjustable speed
d) construction of connection pipelines - (Ø 2″) between
- heat pump - circulating pump - tank (item b)
- heat pump - circulating pump (existing) - hot water tank (temp. Up to 70o C)
(e) construction of the hot water tank supply pipeline and installation
reception of hot water (temp. approx. 65o C)
(f) construction of a Ø 2″ pipeline between :
- IV pr tank spigot (item b) water pump (existing) - extruder heat exchanger
+ extruder water head feed pipeline
(g) construction of a Ø 63 (Ø 75) pipeline between:
Water tank under the vibrating screen - II zp tank (item b)
h) supply and installation of 1 vacuum solar collector panel with tank and
HM4 hall installation
(i) purchase and installation of an air recuperation system on the production line:
- min 8 thousand m3 /h
1 circuit - 1500m3 /h - temp. ~45o C - (~30G H2O/m3)
2nd circuit - 6500m3 /h - temp. ~18o C - (~90 % w.w.).
- Intake temp.: min ~+18o C (~50 % w.w.)

8. purchase and installation (on a stand - sketch) of skid scales (2 tons)

9. purchase and installation of Ø 90 mm spiral feeders
1) 18 mb in length
2) 6 mb in length

10. design and implementation of a control system to enable the switching of
To the existing process line additional pieces of equipment such as:
- heat pump
- spiral feeders
- skid scale
- air-water heater
- hot water circuit
- aeration system in tank II
- Horizontal signaling of sewage in tank II
- Stop pressure display on extruder walls (with visual alarm)

It is possible to conduct a site visit to the Plant and to inspect the existing technical documentation.

B. The bid should include:

1 Price in PLN.
2 Terms and form of payment.
3. bid validity period 30 days.
4. all details of the company - full address, telephone number, tax ID.
5 The bid must be signed by an authorized person (full name, job title, stamp).

C. Conditions to be fulfilled by the Bidder:

1. is authorized to act in legal transactions in the Republic of Poland.
2. has the necessary licenses to perform the work and activities that are the subject of the contract.
3. has the necessary knowledge and experience.
4. is in an economic and financial position to perform the contract.
5. no bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated against the Bidder or for which no bankruptcy has been declared.

D. The bid must be submitted by 26.07.2013 at 14:00 in the form:
(deadline for submission of bids is extended to 20.09.2013)

The purchaser will not be responsible and will not bear any costs caused by
expenses or losses incurred by the Bidder in connection with visits and inspections of the performance site, or any other aspects related to the preparation of the bid.

E. Bid Selection Criteria:

Bid selection will be based on a point system. The maximum number of points to be earned in total is 100 points. Points will be distributed according to the following breakdown:

1 Cost of performance - max 70 points.
2 Comprehensiveness of the execution of the aforementioned works- max 30 points.
The Procuring Entity reserves the right to conduct final negotiations with the selected Bidder.
