We are requesting a comprehensive quotation for earthworks, site preparation for the storage of raw materials and finished products, and for a tent hall with installation with dimensions of 17×22.5x5m walls made of sheet metal, fabric roof. The warehouse is not to be permanently attached to the ground, the walls are not insulated, the area under the roof is to be protected from condensation. The hall is to have 1 sliding entrance gate on the side wall. The entire work will be carried out on the territory of our plant in Mikolow - (location - map in the geotechnical opinion) currently the area for the tent is used as a lawn.

The tent is to be made for 4 zone of snow load and 1 zone of wind load according to the Polish standard PN-80/B-02010. The geotechnical opinion and the standard are attached. The planned start date for the work is May 2013.
Bids can be submitted electronically to the e-mail address: sekretariat@geoglobe.pl until 30/04/2013.

Note from 30.04.2013. - We are extending the deadline for submission of bids until 31.07.2013.

The bid should be valid at least until 15.05.2013. The bid should include all technical information and the price including the performance of all works and activities.
The offer should be submitted in Polish, include the proposed payment terms and be signed by a person or persons authorized to act on behalf of the bidder.

Bid selection will be based on a point system. The maximum number of points to be won in total 100points. Points will be distributed according to the following distribution:

1. Cost of implementation - 50pct.
2. Comprehensiveness of the execution of the works-50 points.
