A. Description of the subject of the contract:

Subject of the contract:
CAD/CAM software

I. General requirements for software - CAD module:

1. non-floating lifetime position licenses.
2. software support in Poland.
3. Polish version of the software with help in Polish.
4 Supported Windows 10 64-bit operating system.
5. advanced parametric solid and surface modeling.
6. ability to model bent parts.
7 Generate associative 2D documentation from 3D models.
8 Import and export documentation using STEP (also AP 242), IGES, Parasolid, Solidworks, NX and DWG/DXF formats.
9. Advanced 3D model import error repair capabilities.
10. The ability to convert a surface model to a solid model.
11. support for .jt files
12. design of assemblies using built-in libraries of fasteners according to ISO standards.
13. Element modeling in the context of an assembly with external geometric relationships.
14 Create and edit a project with a modifiable creation history.
15. ability to use custom documentation templates.
16 Working with 3DConnexion manipulators.

II. General requirements for software - CAM module:

1. associativity with CAD software.
2.2.5 axis machining based on edge geometry: planning, roughing, finishing, 2d and 3d grooves, residual machining, HSM options, correction support.
3. hole machining cycles, thread milling .
4. Automatic search and processing of features such as holes, pockets.
5 Indexing the 4th and 5th axes.
6. machining in 4 and 5 fluid axes.
7. path simulation based on NC code (with 3D machine model).
8 Convert 3-axis paths to 5-axis paths.
9. 3-axis machining based on solid and surface files.
10. post-processor wizard.
11. bidirectional translators: STEP, Parasolid, IGES, STL, JT, DWG, DXF
12 Import native formats: NX, Solid Edge, I-DEAS.

B. The bid should include:

1 Price.
2 Terms and form of payment.
3. bid validity period 30 days.
4. all details of the company - full address, telephone number, tax ID.
5 Implementation date.

C. Conditions to be fulfilled by the Bidder:

1. has the necessary licenses to perform the work and activities that are the subject of the contract.
2. has the necessary knowledge and experience.
3. is in an economic and financial position to perform the contract.
4. no bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated against the Bidder or for which no bankruptcy has been declared.

D. The bid must be submitted by 10.07.2018 in the form:

The Procuring Entity shall not be responsible for and shall not bear any costs caused by expenses or losses incurred by the Bidder in connection with visits and inspections of the performance site, or any other aspects related to the preparation of the bid.

E. Bid Selection Criteria:

Only bids that meet 100 % technical parameters will be considered.

Bid selection will be based on a point system. The maximum number of points to be earned in total is 100 points. Points will be distributed according to the following breakdown:

1. price - max 40 points.
2 Completion date - 40 points.
3 Form of payment - max 10 points.
4. service response time - max 10 points.

Description of the way of awarding points for fulfilling a given criterion for evaluation of the offer:

Description of scoring criterion - price:

Net price of the cheapest offer
------------- x 40 = number of points
Net price of the tested offer

It is required to specify the net price and the amount of VAT.

Description of scoring of the criterion - completion date:

- 40 points for uploading software up to 2 months after the order
- minus 10 points for each additional week

Description of scoring of criterion - form of payment:
- Transfer 30 days or more after uploading software- 10 points.
- Transfer less than 30 days to 7 days - 5 points.
- transfer less than 7 days or prepayment - 0 points.

Description of scoring of the criterion - service response time criterion:
- Up to 48 hours - 10 points.
- more than 48 hours - 0 points.

The Procuring Entity reserves the right to conduct final negotiations with the selected Bidder.
The contracting authority reserves the right to discontinue the proceedings in the event that funding from the European Regional Development Fund is not obtained.
