Description of the subject of the contract:<br \/><\/strong><br \/><strong>Subject of the contract:<\/strong><br \/>The subject of the contract is the supply of a new or used hydraulic press<\/p><p><strong>Scope of delivery:<\/strong><br \/>hydraulic press - 1 pc.<\/p><p><strong>Technical specifications:<\/strong><br \/>- Press with working table size min. 1400\u00d7800, allowing to work with a plastic punch with min. dimensions of 1280 mm x 880 mm x 55 mm.<br \/>- Minimum infeed\/opening speed 150 mm\/sec.<br \/>- Electrical system in accordance with CE international standards<br \/>- The press, due to its intended place of use, must not be structurally higher than 2.2m<br \/>- Warranty service a minimum of 2 years<br \/>- Availability of spare parts max. 72 h.<br \/>- Machine control in Polish language.<br \/>- Operating instructions in Polish.<br \/>- Installation and commissioning with training included in the price<br \/>- Machine not older than 10 years<\/p><p>Condition for submitting a bid for a used machine: in the 7 years preceding the date of the bidder's sale, the fixed asset has not been co-financed by Community funds or national funds constituting public or de minimis aid. A statement from the seller specifying the seller of the fixed asset, the place and date of its purchase will also be required.<\/p><p><strong>B. The bid should include:<\/strong><\/p><p>1. price including delivery and installation to Mikolov, 30 Daydziela St.<br \/>2 Terms and form of payment.<br \/>3 Delivery terms.<br \/>4. bid validity period 30 days.<br \/>5. all details of the company - full address, phone number, tax ID.<\/p><p><strong>C. Conditions to be fulfilled by the Bidder:<\/strong><\/p><p>1. is authorized to act in legal transactions in the Republic of Poland.<br \/>2. has the necessary licenses to perform the work and activities that are the subject of the contract.<br \/>3. has the necessary knowledge and experience.<br \/>4. is in an economic and financial position to perform the contract.<br \/>5. no bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated against the Bidder or for which no bankruptcy has been declared.<\/p><p><strong>D. Bid Selection Criteria:<\/strong><\/p><p>Only bids that meet 100 % technical parameters will be considered.<br \/>Bid selection will be based on a point system. The maximum number of points to be earned in total is 100 points. Points will be distributed according to the following breakdown:<\/p><p>1. price - max 30 points.<br \/>2. availability of the machine (delivery date) - 20 points.<br \/>3 Warranty - max 20 points.<br \/>4 Form of payment - max 10 points.<br \/>5. service response time - max 10 points.<br \/>6. construction and technical modernity - max 10pts.<\/p><p><strong>Description of the way of awarding points for fulfilling a given criterion for evaluation of the offer:<\/strong><\/p><p>Description of scoring criterion price:<br \/>Net price of the cheapest offer<br \/>------------- x 30 = number of points<br \/>Net price of the tested offer<\/p><p>It is required to specify the net price and the amount of VAT.<\/p><p>Description of scoring of the availability criterion (machine acceptance date):<br \/>- 20 points for availability up to 2 months<br \/>- Each additional month of waiting is 10 points less.<\/p><p>Description of scoring criterion warranty:<br \/>- 20 points for a warranty of three years or more<br \/>- 10 points for a warranty of two to three years<br \/>- 0 points for a warranty of less than two years<\/p><p>Description of scoring of the criterion form of payment:<br \/>- transfer after receipt of the machine 30 days - 10 points.<br \/>- 50% prepayment + 50% transfer after receiving the machine - 5 points.<br \/>- prepayment - 0 points.<\/p><p>Description of scoring criterion service response time:<br \/>- service within 24 hours -
