Information about the conditions of processing personal data

The privacy and security of Geo Globe Poland's customer data is one of our top priorities. We are committed to ensuring that our customers feel they can rely on us, knowing that Geo Globe Poland, with the utmost care, will ensure that any data and information entrusted to us is processed only for its intended purpose and protected from misuse. Providing comprehensive security and extensive data protection is more than just an obligation to comply with statutory and regulatory requirements for us - it is also a clear testimony to the quality of our services to customers and employees. Therefore, we have set data protection and privacy standards applicable to all of our company's applications.
Communication of the customer's browser with www.geoglobe.pl - is carried out through an encrypted connection, which blocks the "eavesdropping" of passwords, logins and data through third parties. Geo Globe Poland fully respects the right to privacy and protection of technological data. Geo Globe Poland collects only information about the use of this service by recording technological data, such as the date of connection to the service and IP address, into system logs. This information is used for administrative and statistical purposes only and does not identify an individual user.
This data is stored in a special security zone and can be accessed only by authorized persons connected with the https://www.geoglobe.pl service and obliged to keep the obtained information confidential. Pursuant to the provision of Article 18, paragraph 6 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204), Geo Globe Poland may be required to release information contained in access logs (including, in particular, your computer's IP number) to state authorities authorized by law for the purposes of their investigations.

§2 Personal data will be processed for:
  • to perform the contract or to take action at the request of the person to whom the contract relates, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO, and possible defense against or investigation of claims, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO,
  • accounting and tax settlements, based on Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA,
  • on the basis of Article 6 (1) (a) RODO - for the purposes resulting from the granted consent to process personal data,
  • business contacts, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO.
  • Recipients of personal data may be: email and server hosts, external legal services, external providers of HR and accounting software, as well as relevant government authorities.

§3 Personal data will be processed for a period of 6 years from the date of execution of the contract (data necessary for the performance of the contract) and 6 years from the date of issuance of the invoice/account (billing data), In the case of processing of data on the basis of consent given, it will be processed until the consent is withdrawn or the purpose of processing ceases. After this period, the data will be archived/deleted.

§4 Provision of personal data in the scope of identification, contact and billing data is necessary in order to establish contact with the administrator, to conclude and execute the contract, as well as to perform obligations under the law.

§5 Provision of personal data processed on the basis of consent is voluntary. Lack of consent may prevent the use of services for which consent to process personal data is necessary (e.g., use of the contact form).

§6 Provision of other personal data is voluntary. Failure to provide such data may prevent the fulfillment of the designated purpose of consent.

§7 We inform you of your right:
  • access, rectification, restriction of processing and deletion of your data in the cases specified in Article 17 of the RODO,
  • to transfer data processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the RODO, to another controller, if technically possible, and to receive a copy of the data in a structured format, with this right being exercised only if the processing is carried out by automated means,
  • to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, if given. Withdrawal of consent to process personal data does not affect the legality of previous processing of such data,
  • to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw, kancelaria@uodo.gov.pl.

§8 We would also like to inform you of your right to object to the processing of personal data processed on the basis of a legitimate interest of the controller. Pursuant to Article 21 of the RODO, an objection may be raised on grounds related to the particular situation of the data subject.

Cookies Policy

The following Cookies Policy defines the rules for storing and accessing data on the Devices of Users using the Website for the purpose of providing electronic services by the Website Administrator.

§ 1 Definitions

Service - Internet service operating at the address COMPANY'S WEB ADDRESS.

External service - the website of the Administrator's partners, service providers or customers

User - natural person for whom the Administrator provides electronic services through the Service.

Device - electronic device with software, through which the User accesses the Site

Cookies - text data collected in the form of files placed on the User's Device

§ 2 Types of Cookies

Internal cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the Service's data communications system

External cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by IT systems of external Services

Session cookies - files posted and read from the User Device by the Website or External Services during a single session of a given Device. When the session ends, the files are deleted from the User Device.

Persistent cookies - files posted to and read from the User Device by the Website or External Services until they are manually deleted. The files are not deleted automatically after the end of the Device session unless the configuration of the User Device is set to delete cookies after the end of the Device session.

§ 3 Security

Storage and reading mechanisms - The mechanisms for storing and reading Cookies do not allow retrieving any personal data or any confidential information from the User Device. Transfer of viruses, Trojan horses and other worms to the User Device is practically impossible.

Internal cookies - Internal cookies used by the Administrator are safe for Users' Devices

External cookies - The Administrator is not responsible for the security of cookies from the Website's partners. The list of partners is provided later in the Cookie Policy.

§ 4 Purposes for which cookies are used

Streamline and facilitate access to the Service - The Administrator may store information about the user's preferences and settings regarding the Website in cookies in order to improve, enhance and accelerate the provision of services on the Website.

Marketing and advertising - The Administrator and External Sites use cookies for marketing purposes and serving advertisements to Users.

§ 7 Exclusion of liability

The Administrator uses all possible measures to ensure the security of the data placed in cookies. However, it should be noted that ensuring the security of this data depends on both parties, including the activities of the User and the state of security of the device he uses.

The Administrator is not responsible for the interception of data contained in cookies, impersonation of the User's session or their deletion, as a result of the User's conscious or unconscious activity, viruses, Trojan horses and other spyware with which the User's device may be infected.

Services provided by third parties are beyond the control of the Administrator. These entities may change their terms of service, purpose and use of cookies at any time. The Administrator is not responsible, as far as the law allows, for the operation of cookies used by partner services. Users can manage permissions and cookie settings for any of the sites themselves at any time.

§ 8 Service Requirements

Restricting the storage of and access to Cookies on the User's Device may result in the malfunction of some features of the Website.

The Administrator shall not be held responsible for malfunctioning functions of the Website in case the User restricts in any way the ability to save and read Cookie files.
