Who was the customer?
DROG-BUD of Czestochowa is an experienced general construction contractor specializing in large infrastructure projects.
The ordering party in this case was the Provincial Roads Authority in Lodz (ZDW Lodz), which is responsible for the management and supervision of provincial roads in the region. Cooperation with this entity required ensuring compliance with strict environmental standards, as well as precise adherence to the schedule. For this client, timeliness, quality and environmental compliance were absolutely crucial, which presented Geo Globe Poland with the challenge of delivering and installing the fence within an extremely short timeframe.
What problem did the customer face?
The implementation of the road project by DROG-BUD involved a number of challenges. The client had to meet extremely tight deadlines - the fence had to be delivered and installed on the construction site within a few days in order to be in time for the scheduled acceptance. In addition, the completion of 600 running meters of fencing required not only rapid production, but also the maintenance of high quality along the entire length of the protection. Any delay could have resulted in serious consequences, such as financial penalties, construction downtime and displeasure from environmental inspectors. Traditional solutions were unable to meet these demands, requiring the development of a dedicated site security system.

Solution designed by Geo Globe Poland
We designed a fencing system with a horizontal raceway, made of durable HDPE plastic in a green color. The green shade not only blended in with the natural surroundings of the construction site, but also showed less susceptibility to heat build-up, which was crucial for the technical stability of the material even in high temperatures. The construction of the fence was designed to provide both functional protection of the site and aesthetic appearance, which is particularly appreciated by public investments. In addition, the assembly technologies we used, guaranteed the tightness of the connections, which ensured the solidity and durability of the entire structure.
Technical parameters of the fence:
🔸Above-ground height: 50 cm - ensuring effective security of the site against unauthorized access.
🔸Pile: 10 cm - a structural reinforcement element that affects the even distribution of loads.
🔸Beam width: 20 cm - allowing easy and quick installation and removal, while maintaining high strength.
🔸Depth of the slab in the ground: 10 cm - guaranteeing the stability of the entire structure, even under varying ground conditions.
🔸Depth of the post in the ground: 50 cm - to ensure firm seating of the fence, which minimizes the risk of displacement or deformation of the structure.
🔸Additionally, we used innovative connection solutions - a system of sealed connections with a culvert and U-turn terminations of the sections resulted in a protective barrier that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
The end result - what did the customer gain?
Thanks to Geo Globe Poland's comprehensive approach, the order was completed expressly - and the order was delivered on time. Since the order was confirmed on Monday, the material was installed on site as early as Friday, ready for environmental acceptance.
The customer gained not only the certainty that the entire process - from production to transport to installation - was carried out efficiently and in a coordinated manner, but also a stress-free course of the investment. The airtight fencing system, based on precise technological solutions, guaranteed durability and resistance to operating conditions, which was crucial for the timely completion of construction work. As a result, our customers were able to focus on further stages of the investment, confident that a critical element of site security was performed at the highest level.
