In order to position the component correctly in the tray slot, our design engineers design each tray from scratch. They take into account the weight of the workpiece, its intended use and the number of layers in a three-pack, carton or container.

SAVINGS

The use of reusable trays for external and intermediate transport saves space and costs. Once the tray-packed items have been delivered, the tray can return to the loading point to deliver more items again. They do not take up unnecessarily space on production halls because they can be stacked in layers.
