The unit conducts continuous supervision, evaluation and acceptance of factory production control.

Our quality is meticulously tested - verified in the laboratory internal. At the same time, it is of paramount importance to ensure consistent and stable reliability of workmanship. This is helped by the use of professional and calibrated measuring and testing equipment. Proven equipment allows us to unambiguously verify the compliance of the parameters of raw materials and products with the technical requirements contained in technical documentation and material sheets. Thanks to this, we maintain a high level of manufactured thermoformed products i geosynthetic products for the construction industry.
Internal control of production - 3D metrology
We control our manufacturing processes using advanced technology. Using a measuring arm to quickly check geometric conformity with a 3D model provides reliable and efficient verification of process correctness manufacturing of thermoplastic components.
Meet a helping hand - the measuring arm:
- The Hexagon Absolute Arm, a 7-axis portable measuring arm we purchased in 2022, is used both in our laboratory and production environments thanks to its mobility, wide operating temperature range and IP54 certification.
- The configurable modular joint makes it easy to take measurements - whether with a contact probe or the powerful Absolute Scanner AS1 laser scanner, which attaches quickly and seamlessly to the Absolute Arm joint.
- With Absolute Encoders, the arm can be positioned or aligned without heating up or initializing the encoders. Just turn on the device and start measuring.
- We use Polyworks Inspector, an advanced measurement software for industrial metrology, to work with the measuring arm.
We don't waste - finding the hidden value in plastic waste
Ecology for us is also economics. We believe that proper management of plastic waste is profitable. Nothing is wasted. In this approach, the discard becomes a valuable raw material that can serve again and for many years.
With our professional plastic recycling line, we are able to process packaging waste from selective collection, as well as all technological waste from our production processes. We use as raw material for the production of new, environmentally friendly products.
Recycling - giving a second life to plastics
To produce is not an art, but to reuse so as not to generate more tons of plastic is a real challenge. In the production technology we use thermoplastics, which are entirely recyclable at the end of a product's life cycle.
This is known as material recycling, which is the process of treating waste to obtain materials for reprocessing.
This process allows for rational management of polymer waste, as the recyclates recovered enable the production of original polymers to be reduced. As a result, the volume of emissions of harmful compounds into the environment can be reduced, as well as the energy consumption required to produce new polymers. In particular, we use plastic waste in the production of environmentally friendly reusable packaging for technical applications.
