Invitation to submit an offer for the project titled "Support for investment in R&D infrastructure of enterprises, Intelligent Development" implemented under the Operational Program Intelligent Development co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund

for the preparation of a full-scale construction and detailed design in accordance with the guidelines

A. Description of the subject of the contract:

Subject of the contract:

The project should include:

- Construction of a production hall located in the southern part of the GGP site in Mikolow, using the existing "model shop" building, including a social area,
- Demolition of demolition of existing facilities colliding with the project,
- Connecting the new production hall to the existing main hall,
- Renovating and architecturally adapting the existing main hall to the new aesthetics of the plant,
- Renovation of the facade of existing buildings located in the central part of the plant next to the office section,
- development of the plant site.

Details of project execution:

- Conceptual design of facilities and functional solutions,
- Multi-discipline building project (architecture, construction, electrical inst., mechanical ventilation, air conditioning, water. And central heating,)-the material necessary to obtain an administrative decision-permit for construction,
- executive design (architecture, construction, electrical and low-current installations, mechanical ventilation installations, plumbing. And central heating, technical installations),

Scope of electrical installations:

- basic installations of power and energy, lighting and sockets
- Alarm and monitoring system,
- low-current installations other,
- lightning protection, grounding installations,
- alternatively UPS

- preparation of energy characteristics of the object
- Agreement with experts in hygiene and sanitation, occupational health and safety, and fire protection,
- land development project,
- elevation designs for existing facilities,
- A project to renovate the existing main hall,
- execution of soil tests
- geotechnical design
- report on the environmental impact of the investment

- handling the stage of administrative activities to obtain a construction permit decision.

Preparation of a map for design purposes.

B. The bid should include:

1. price together with delivery to Mikolow, Day Street.
2 Terms and form of payment.
3. bid validity period 30 days.
4. all details of the company - full address, telephone number, tax ID.

C. Conditions to be fulfilled by the Bidder:

1. is authorized to act in legal transactions in the Republic of Poland.
2. has the necessary licenses to perform the work and activities that are the subject of the contract.
3. has the necessary knowledge and experience.
4. is in an economic and financial position to perform the contract.
5. no bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated against the Bidder or for which no bankruptcy has been declared.

D. The bid must be submitted by 09/12/2016 at 14:00 in the form:

2. paper to the address: GEO GLOBE POLSKA Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka komandytowa, 30 Dzieńdziela St., 43-190 Mikołów, Poland.

The Procuring Entity shall not be responsible for and shall not bear any costs caused by expenses or losses incurred by the Bidder in connection with visits and inspections of the performance site, or any other aspects related to the preparation of the bid.

E. Bid Selection Criteria:

Only bids that meet 100 % technical parameters will be considered.
Bid selection will be based on a point system. The maximum number of points to be earned in total is 100 points. Points will be distributed according to the following breakdown:
1. price - max 80 points.
2. completion date - max 20 points.

Net price of the cheapest offer
------------- x 80 = number of points
Net price of the tested offer

It is required to specify the net price and the amount of VAT.

Description of scoring - criterion of completion date:

20 pts. for completing the project within a month, each additional month minus 5 pts.

The Procuring Entity reserves the right to conduct final negotiations with the selected Bidder.
The contracting authority reserves the right to discontinue the proceedings in the event of failure to obtain financing in the form of a loan for technological innovation.
