A cover, a tray, a specific plastic item? We'll make sure your idea comes to fruition from concept to finished product with thermoforming
vacuum. Vacuum thermoforming has no secrets for us, however, we know that for you it is a means, a way to make an element that constitutes the greater whole of the project. We understand the process and guide you through it step by step.
How do we design and make the pieces?
On the territory of our company, on an area of more than 6 hectares, there are several production halls. We have specialized in a comprehensive service, which includes the manufacture of high-quality elements in the technology of vacuum thermoforming of plastics. But the execution, the production of a component like a tray, a cover is only one stage.
Nevertheless, it is important for us to support the customer in the selection of materials and the proper design of the component geometry. This is followed by the manufacture of all the necessary tools for production. This is followed by preparatory work including execution of molds, CNC chucks, assembly fixtures, and dedicated inter-process transport and packaging solutions.
What will you gain by working with us?
- We minimize production risk
We provide customers with comprehensive service, which is a comfortable solution, because your project goes to one company, you are guided by a mentor, advisor step by step. This is convenient, but also time-friendly, we shorten the production process even if only by designing the tool on your own premises. Working with one partner, you minimize the risk of errors that result from multi-step communication between different companies. It's enough that they have different standards, understand deviations differently, and production can get prolonged or complicated.
- Uncompromising build quality
We are very demanding and continue to improve. By conducting research and development, we have developed production technologies that allow us to manufacture from thermoplastics Dimensionally stable covers. We achieve favorable parameters such as high rigidity by using structures designed as a result of engineering analysis. Not only the material, but, above all, the know-how of specialists allows uncompromising quality. We check ourselves and do it thoroughly, this is made possible by specialized equipment - a measuring arm that catches any deviations from the norm.
- You will take care of the good today - environmentally
For 30 years, many projects have taught us to act wisely, with respect for economy and ecology. We do not waste. We design our production processes according to the concept of "cradle to cradle" That is, a closed-loop economy. Green manufacturing of products of this type begins with planning the production process. Components are created in such a way that as much raw material as possible can be easily recovered from them for reuse. Any edging, milling residue created as part of the process is recyclable.
- You will gain a better tomorrow - recycling
Properly selected materials, an uncompromising production process results in high-quality components under our roof, which serve many years for customers, successfully performing utility functions. But what if a component is taken out of service? After disassembly, our covers can be shredded and successfully used in a new product. For the sake of the environment and the common future, we even go a step further - we offer to buy back components at the end of their life cycle.
All components made of plastics using our new technologies will be 100% recyclable at the end of their life cycle and reduce their carbon footprint.
Can your supplier do it? These four arguments demonstrate our approach to vacuum thermoforming. We will also demonstrate our knowledge and commitment to quality, reliability and ecology in your project. However, we know that every project is different, so talk to our consultant about your needs.
